Artist Bio

Rebecca Mancia is an emerging artist based in Phoenix working primarily in painting and drawing. With a passion for creating art from a young age she has been developing her unique style and artistic voice over the years. 

After graduating from ASU with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts, and worked with many galleries and museums, including the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. 

While her exhibition history is limited, they have participated in several group shows and art fairs. 

Mancia’s artwork is characterized by blunt almost surrealist imagery with bold outlines and humor. She is often inspired by nostalgia and also draws from her surroundings and personal experiences as a young woman of color. 

With a dedication to her craft and a desire to grow and learn, Mancia is poised to make an impact in the art world.
